Delivery & Return Information

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–5 business days.

You may request a return or exchange within 3 days of receiving your order from www.springaffair.co.

Please note that SALE items are not eligible for return. Size exchanges may be accommodated subject to stock availability.


Return Policy


Returns will only be accepted if the following conditions are met:
• Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition
• All original tags and labels must be attached
• Items must be returned with the original invoice and documentation
• The return shipment must be dispatched within 5 days of delivery

We do not accept returns for items that:
• Have been worn, damaged, altered, or lose their original form
• Carry odors such as perfume, deodorant, or smoke
• Are missing tags or original packaging
• Were purchased as pre-orders


All items must be returned together with any complimentary or promotional products included in the original order.

Please ensure that your return package is secure and waterproof. The customer remains responsible for the item until it reaches our warehouse.

Exchange Policy

• Exchanges are permitted once only
• For items with multiple color options, both size and color exchanges are available
• For items without color options, only size exchanges can be made

Exchange conditions:

• Items must meet all return eligibility criteria
• Products must be shipped using the provided Yurtiçi Kargo code: 1120794747
• Shipping costs for exchanges are the customer’s responsibility
• Cash-on-delivery shipments will not be accepted

Once the returned item is received and approved, the replacement product will be dispatched.

If the requested size or color is unavailable, a refund will be issued.
