Distance Selling & Return Policy
At Spring Affair, we value your satisfaction and want you to love every piece you purchase. However, if you change your mind, please review our return and exchange policy below.
1) General Conditions
- You may return or exchange your order within 14 days from the date of delivery, provided that the item is unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in its original packaging with all tags attached.
- All returns must include the original invoice or proof of purchase.
- Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless the product is faulty or incorrect.
2) Sale Items
- Sale and discounted items are not eligible for return.
- No return, only exchange: Exchanges are accepted only for size or model within the same price range and stock availability.
3) Evening & Occasionwear (Abiye)
- Due to the delicate nature of these garments, evening & occasionwear must be returned within 3 days of delivery.
- The item must be in perfect condition, unworn, and with all original tags attached.
- After 3 days, returns will not be accepted.
4) Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Accessories (jewelry, belts, etc.)
- Bodysuits, swimwear, and undergarments
- Personalized or altered items
5) Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you have received a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at hello@springaffair.com with your order number and product photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund depending on stock availability.
6) Refunds
- Once your return is approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- Delivery fees are non-refundable.
